ABOUT US

Welcome to Dr. Yun LI's group at the School of Electronic Science & Engineering, Nanjing University (China). 

We are interested in high-performance FETs using solution-processed organic crystals via fabrications through the use of novel materials, innovative device structures as well as advanced techniques. 

JOIN US

we are looking forwards to working with highly motivated graduate and undergraduate students on the following directions:

  1. 2D molecular single crystals via solution-assisted processes for field-effect transistors

  2. development of advanced/novel techniques for high-performance organic field-effect transistors and integrated circuits

  3. ferroelectric organic field-effect transistor memory devices


  • we offer a research opportunity for under-/post-graduate students internationally in their research. 

  • postdoc positions are available for consultations.
